normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>本次招标范围的高架快速路，包含斜港大桥及吴淞江大桥。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.1.1吴中区高架快速路主要包含中环快速路吴中段、东环快速路一期、南环快速路吴中段、友新快速路吴中段及上下匝道互通，其中中环快速路吴中区段主线长约19.712公里，南环西延吴中区段主线长约4.918公里，西环南延（友新快速路）段主线长约5.6公里(高架道路3.935公里)，东环南延线主线长约8.9公里（含一期、二期），南湖路主线长约4.79公里。主线合计43.92公里，匝道及互通合计38.28公里。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.1.2斜港大桥为苏州市东环南延快速路的重要节点工程，主桥位于苏州市吴中区京杭大运河与斜港（苏申外港线）交汇口的西侧，南北向走向，为特大桥，主桥桥型为双层桥面桁架式梁拱组合结构的大跨钢桥(69m+180m+69m)。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>高架安全畅通、经济高效、整洁优美。高架道路路面平整，结构稳定，设施安全，附属设施齐全，钢结构漆面完好无锈蚀和严重锈斑。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.2.2普通设施完好率：98%；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.2.3基价类日常养护服务：计划完成100%，工作质量100%；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.2.4单价小修类：及时发现1天内，应急抢修小于1小时，正常维修小于3天，工作质量优；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:26.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>4.2.5桥联及墩柱编号：现场检测发现桥梁无墩号及桥联编号标识牌，通过对全线桥梁高架、枢纽、匝道互通桥墩和桥联统计，对该部分标识牌进行补设。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.2.7安全生产：责任事故0事故，特种作业持证上岗100%，岗前培训100%，安全培训每年每人不得少于20小时；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.1.1具有独立的企业法人，能够独立承担民事责任的能力；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.1.2具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.1.3履行合同所必备的设备和专业技术能力的证明材料；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.1.4有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.1.5参加采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>6.2.1供应商进入“苏州市公共资源交易中心”，点击“政府采购”，进入“苏州政府采购交易管理平台”，再点击“供应商”图标，选择ca锁登录，插入CA证书登录后进入报名界面，点击“报名”按钮报名，点击“确定”，即报名成功。报名后，系统会显示报名确认函，供应商须查看确认并打印报名确认函。报名成功的供应商不可撤销报名。
