Dear all appointed agents,
In view of safety and security concer, SQ cargo HKG will implement below enhance measure for cargo acceptance with effective from 20 Jul 23
1. All pallets and cargo must only be wrapped or covered with transparency plastic sheet with effective from 20 Jul 23.
2. New requirement will be affected your current operation, 1 month transition period will be given for the new requirement.
3. Please ensure your team to comply with full requirement before 20 Aug 23.
4. SQ appointed warehouse AAT will reject to accept ULDs without meeting the above requirement wef 20 Aug 23.
5. Waiver could be applicable for special request. Please send email with valid reason for applying waiver to HKG cargo operation team.
