包装工程师
Responsibilities：
1.Support of the topic “packaging” along the whole supply chain.
2.Commercial and technical coordination and implementation of the delivery of all packaging that arrive in Dalian (duties, unloading, hand-over to production etc.).
3.Doing the tender and implementation for supplier of outbound packaging (incl. UN-certification with drop test, serial tender and serial purchasing).
4.Being the contact person to possible suppliers inside China for needed changes of packaging (Inbound or in-house packaging).
5.Doing financial topics concerning suppliers inside China.
6.Purchasing and transport of standard-SLCs/plastic-boxes/steel pallets out of the container pool.
7.Tracking and steering of unpacking / repacking processes inside inbound process (incl. Air-locks to Clean and Dry Room).
8.Doing a proof of concept of the packaging with finding and documentation of optimizations.
9.Documentation of a delivery plan to Salzgitter for produced battery cells in Outbound packaging (Air freight packaging).
10.Tracking and steering of the Outbound packaging process incl.needed data and certificates for air freight cargo .
11.Disposal of one-way packaging on-side.
12.Development of a failure catalogue for different packaging categories (Trays, pallets, SLCs, plastic boxes, in-house racks, outbound packaging).
Qualifications：
1.Necessary education: Bachelor degree or above.
2.Personal skills: good communication, leadership and teamwork.
3.Working experience (in years): Above 3 years’ packaging experience (optimally in automotive industry) .
4.Language skills: Chinese required. Fluent in English or German.
5.IT knowledge: Be good at SAP, office software etc.
